What to do before your Reiki?
Relax and reflect. Give yourself at least 30 minutes prior to the session to sit and reflect. Eat and hydrate. You will want to be sure you have eaten and hydrated a few hours before the session—mostly so you will be comfortable and not distracted by hunger or thirst. Get comfortable.

How the Reiki session will start?
The session will begin with a discussion of the purpose of your Reiki. This allows me to establish a clear intention for your session. Through a series of hand positions, starting at your crown, I will work downwards along the energy centers of your body.

What you may feel during Reiki?
During the session you may experience different sensations, seeing colors, tingling sensation or a feeling of heat. This is all energy moving. You may also fall into a deep state of relaxation.

What to expect at the end of your Reiki?
At the end of each session whether you feel tired or full of energy it is recommended that you take it slow as the energy is working its way through the body. Drink plenty of water and allow the healing to continue its works. Reiki will always provide balance in all situations.

Why is it important to drink water after Reiki?
Drinking water flushes out toxins and tired energies. This will support the healing energies to continue.

Why should I get Reiki?
Over time trauma, stress, anxiety, fear and more can lead to energy unbalances or blockages of the chakras in your body. Receiving Reiki assists in removing these unbalances and blockages to bring your body back to a natural state of balance.

How often should I get a Reiki?
3 sessions in the 6 weeks to begin. It is beneficial to come often to maintain good energy balance. However, there is no right or wrong answer on how many times or how often to receive Reiki.
